Where we have been

Our fertility infertility journey so far...

November 2006 married
June 2007 stop taking BCP, convinced we'll get PG the first month
January 2008 ask gyno to do bloodwork to check hormones, told to lose weight and "keep trying"
January 2008-August 2009 no intervention, giving it time per doctors
August 2009, switch to different family doctor, said he will do IUI's for us at office fee costs, but wants HSG done first
October 2009, HSG and switch to new gyno.  HSG normal besides air bubble in left tube, but could see fluid passing it.
November 2009-January 2010 Clomid and "be patient"
January 2010 new gyno "doesn't know what to do next" refers to RE
January  2010 RE feels we're both "fine" but wants to do post-coital and trigger shots
February 2010 Clomid, US to check follicles 3 18-20mm, negative post coital due to being early and no CM, IUI
March  2010 Clomid, US to check follicles 3 18-20mm, trigger shot IUI
April 2010 Clomid, US, trigger shot, IUI
April 2010 discover Creighton Method/NaPro begin charting CM
May 2010 charting CM, Optivite, folic acid suppliment
June 2010 charting CM Optivite, folic acid suppliment
July 2010 charting CM Optivite, folic acid suppliment blood work shows estrogen dominance in LP
August 2010 charting CM begin low dose Naltrexone, Optivite, folic acid suppliment, post peak progesterone
September 2010 charting CM, Naltrexone, Optivite, folic acid,  mucinex, Femara, progesterone
October 2010 charting CM, Naltrexone, Optivite, folic acid, mucinex, B6, Femara, progesterone
October 2010 met with NaPro dr, stop Femara, not bringing estrogen up during LP, HCG injections peak plus 3, 5, 7, 9, cortisol to drop DHEA, Vit D

  1. You're so right... about how it's one thing that IF tears you apart and you feel the pain in your own heart, but then a million times worse when you realize how it affects your DH (and parents, etc).
